Object Name Kit, Water Analysis
Description Wooden case with brass hinges and lock. Both the lid and one side of the box opens. Inside the lid is a compartment containing five long glass eye-droppers with rubber bulbs and an extra bulb. The lid also contains a writing pad, two brass clips and precautions. The lower half of the case contains nineteen glass test tubes with glass eye-droppers with rubber bulbs in them. Each test tube is numbered- 4.8, 5.0, 5.2, 5.4, 5.6, 5.8, 6.0, 6.2, 6.4, 6.6, 6.8, 7.0, 7.2, 7.4, 4.6, 7.8, 8.0, 8.2, 8.4. There are Two test tubes with glass bulbs inside. There are two glass bottles one labeled Distilled Water, the other labeled Phenol 5%. There are five small bottles with rubber bulbs labeled Distilled Water, Methyl Red pH 4.4-6.0, Bromcresol Purple pH 5.2-6.8, Bromthymol Blue pH 6.0-7.6, Phenol Red pH 6.8-8.4. A glass test tube sits on its side in the front of the case ina brass clip. Also in the front of the case is a ceramic tile board numbered as above. An instruction book is included.
